Our Helpdesk is only a phone call away and is staffed by experienced IT professionals who will attempt an immediate fix to your problem. Or, once full details of the problem are recorded in our Helpdesk Database, the call will be escalated to one of our specialist Engineers for resolution. We will work with you to find a timely resolution.
We offer our service via three models:
With our very popular Pay As You Go model we provide you with a Statement each month that shows the balance of Support Credits at the start of the month, details of each support call resolved and number of Credits carried forward into the next month. Please see our FAQ page for more information.
